Here’s how it works…

1.CLARITY CALL

In a nutshell, this call is to find out: Am I right for you? As well as asking all & any questions you may have, getting reassurances in areas of worry or just to see if we vibe. All is totally okay and I am always excited to see if we are the right fit to make your branding magical.

2. BOOKING & DEPOSIT

Yes, the fun part. If you decided to go ahead after the clarity call, we will have discussed a day and time. You will then receive a contract and invoice for the 20% deposit payment. The remainder is due 1 week prior to our shoot day.

3. PRE-SHOOT QUESTIONNAIRE

I want to hear your big ideas & shoot dreams! Reading through questionnaires gives me a good sense of your business and what you want out of your photoshoot. This is the perfect precursor to the zoom call and gives us plenty of planning material to go through.

4. PLANNING CALL

After you've completed your questionnaire, we’ll schedule your google meet call, or if you’re close by, this can be a in person coffee catch-up too! Here’s a breakdown of what we will discuss; Mood board creation/reviewing, Props/what to bring, Makeup/outfit discussion, Shot list creating & Location confirmation

5. SHOOT DAY!

When we first arrive on location or at your studio/home/place of work, we will have a refresher look over the inspo board and some of the poses. We have this board printed and ready to refer to for the entire shoot.

What do you need to do?
- Have all props ready to use
- Have your outfits ready for quick changes
- Ensure makeup/hair is completed beforehand

6.RECEIVE IMAGES

My FAVOURITE day and I bet it will be yours too! You will receive a link to review your photos in an online gallery. These images have half of the editing process applied, ready for you to choose your favourite images based on your package. Once the images are selected, I will complete the full editing process and you will receive your images in up to 10 business days!

The Pre-Shoot Consultation
We’ll cover everything! From your shoot's purpose and what you want to showcase, to outfits, locations, and creating a shot list that’s all you. Think of this as a creative brainstorm where we map out your vision with clarity and intention.

On the Day
We’ll kick things off with a relaxed chat, revisit our plans, and set the tone for an incredible session. By the time we start shooting, you’ll feel totally at ease and ready to create magic.

During the Shoot
I’m not just your photographer - I’m your hype girl! 🎉 I’ll guide you through poses, cheer you on, and keep the energy light and fun. You’ll hear constant feedback (yes, you’ll be looking amazing) and show you sneak peeks of your shots in real time. My goal? To create a stress-free, confidence-boosting experience where your personality and brand shine through in every frame.
